Hello! Glad you’re here.

I’m here to listen, share my medical/naturopathic knowledge, and ultimately walk with you on your healthcare journey as you make the decisions that feel right for your body and lifestyle. One of my favorite things about naturopathic medicine is its robust toolbox of treatment options. Whether we’re focused on prevention or healing, my goal is for us to create a plan together that helps you feel clear and confident about your next steps.

A Little Background

Before medicine, I spent a decade in market research, software development, and real estate franchise consulting. An eclectic resume with two consistent threads of building relationships and teaching. Answering the question — What am I interested in talking about all day? — is what led me to naturopathic medicine.

I’m grateful to be practicing in the Edmonds community, where I also live with my family. My husband and I have two kids, a dog, and a guinea pig. We love the beach, reading, traveling, and all things baseball.

My Practice

I serve as primary care provider to people 18 years and older, and see all ages as a naturopathic specialist.

I have a membership-based practice so that I can offer longer appointment times and care coordination in between visits. I’m aiming for quality appointments over quantity, focusing on building therapeutic relationships and taking care to run my business in a sustainable way that ensures my ability to practice for a long time.

Alongside my clinical practice, I offer hands-on bodywork treatment sessions that support the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. I combine craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and intuition as gentle yet powerful tools to restore natural movement to restricted areas in the body. I do this work for my own patients, and by referral from NSNM providers. Pricing/timing is $125/60 minutes for the initial session and $95/45 minutes for additional sessions.
