Metabolic Masters Program

Beginning January 15 with Dr. Dazey at North Seattle Natural Medicine
At my clinic, I meet people every day who feel discouraged by their changing bodies. They’ve gained weight that doesn’t make sense. Their energy is lower than it used to be. Their appetite feels unpredictable. Their metabolism seems… different. And they often blame themselves.
But here’s the truth: weight gain is rarely a simple matter of willpower. It’s a tangle of hormonal shifts, stress physiology, sleep disruption, emotional strain, genetics, age-related changes, and so much more. And layered on top of those personal factors is something almost no one talks about: you are being targeted as a consumer.
Ultra-processed foods, addictive flavor enhancers, and “bliss point engineering” are not accidents—they’re business strategies. The convenience-food industry and metabolic-pharmaceutical markets represent enormous profit streams, and they thrive when we stay trapped in cycles of craving, fatigue, and frustration. None of this means we’re helpless. It means the playing field is not level—and that you deserve tools that match the complexity of the problem.
That is why I created the Metabolic Masters Program—an 11-week, hybrid course designed not just to manage weight, but to restore metabolic integrity from the inside out.
Participants receive weekly online group education, where we explore emotional, environmental, and physiological drivers of metabolism—everything from circadian rhythm to food additives that hijack appetite and mood. Alongside this, each participant receives individual clinical monitoring and personalized treatment to address underlying issues such as inflammation, hormone imbalance, blood sugar dysregulation, digestive health, and more.
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a guided reset—grounded in modern science, enriched by natural medicine, and supported by a community of people working toward the same goals.
And because learning to eat well is easier (and much more joyful) when we do it together, graduates are invited to join the Whole Kitchen Collective: a hands-on cooking and eating community where we practice seasonal, nourishing, deeply satisfying whole-food cooking. Think of it as metabolic rehab meets culinary confidence building… with good company and good food every week.
If the holidays have left you craving a reset—or if you’re simply tired of feeling like your metabolism is running the show instead of you—this may be your moment.
Enrollment opens January 15.
If you’d like to be considered for the cohort, reach out to the clinic and we’ll guide you through the qualification process.
Here’s to reclaiming your metabolism—and your freedom—with clarity, compassion, and community.
